Camperbug is not just the largest but the pioneer of camper van hire in the United Kingdom (UK). Founder, Bud Atapattu revolutionised the way one experiences their holiday and built an amazing online platform for van owners to rent out their vans and find community. Much like platforms like Uber and Airbnb, Camperbug is part of the new gig economy. Saying that there are over 900 lovely vans for you to pick from!
Camperbug has also been featured on notable press and media platforms such as the Guardian, Telegraph, Prima and more! It has transformed the way one attend festivals and celebrate their wedding! In fact in 2014 Camperbug collaborated with Glastonbury, famously known to be the biggest music festival in the world and sent over 50 vans.
It has been a great honour and pleasure for mini media to have the opportunity to work with Camperbug on the marketing side of things. Mini media work with Camperbug in various ways. Mini Media manages their general communications, customer services, social media campaigns and blog posts.
We started off initially working on website content and customer services. In this busy world where our phones are buzzing 24/7, we understand the need for paying close attention to our client’s customers. Hence we strive to respond quickly and make sure copies are well written and engaging too. Camperbug’s Facebook campaigns are also run by us since last year. We also invest in Facebook advertising which we believe strongly helps brands and businesses. We do so by identifying the niche audience and write targeted posts that resonate with their audience. Since then it has risen threefold, and Camperbug has over 11,000 likes now.
